With FUR HOME, you can choose among different secure and reliable payment methods:
* credit card;
* advance credit transfer;
* cash on delivery (only on the Greek territory);
* Paypal.

Credit cards

The security and peace of mind of our customers are essential for FUR HOME. There is much talking about online security and Web frauds, and bad information is common. For this reason we have selected an established banking organization EUROBANK as our partner for online transactions. The payment is carried out on the bank’s secure servers, protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Your credit card information will only be handled through the EUROBANK server. Under no circumstances will FUR HOME or any other party have access to your codes. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Credit transfer

FUR HOME offers the option of payment by credit transfer, so you can purchase without any worry. Select ‘Credit transfer’ among the available payment methods. Then make a credit transfer from your bank: in the description, specify the PO number you have received at the time of purchase. Details for the credit transfer:

The credit transfer normally takes 4 working days. However, to speed up your delivery, you can send the receipt with CRO number by fax. In this way, we can easily trace the payment and deliver the order more quickly. If the transfer does not arrive within 7 business days, your order will be canceled.

Cash on delivery (currently available for Greece only)

If you prefer to pay on delivery, choose COD payment. You will pay the amount specified in the shipping bill directly to the courier. In this case, The courier will only accept the exact amount in cash or prepaid cheque. Please comply with these instructions to avoid any inconvenience. The maximum limit for payments in cash or prepaid cheque is 1,000 Euros.

Paypal

This method allows to use your prepaid Paypal account and to execute the payment by simply typing in your e-mail address and password (a Paypal account is required). Just like credit card transactions, your information will not be shared by FUR HOME, it will be handled exclusively on Paypal servers.

Withdrawal from our warehouse

You can choose to withdraw the goods you have bought online directly from our warehouse in Kastoria (Greece) and pay on spot.
