Shipments and returns


Fur Home normally delivers orders within 12 to 24 hours from order submission (only applies for Credit Card and Paypal payments). If you decide to pay via bank transfer, your order will be dispatched as soon as Fur Home receives the payment confirmation from the bank.

Fur Home collaborates with an INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER throughout Europe.

Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 working days and goods are delivered to the specified address (or to the closest reachable location).

Order tracking

Deliveries during holidays

In mid August and during Christmas holidays, deliveries may be processed slower due to the high workload to be handled by couriers. If you want to place an order in these periods, please contact us in advance to agree on a reliable delivery deadline.

Reliable transport

Our products are shipped through leading national express couriers, to make sure that your goods are delivered on time and without any problems. Fur Home has a record of 100% damage-free deliveries on ALL EUROPEAN territory.

Deliveries Outside the EU

Custom duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price.

If you are purchasing goods outside your home country, you should check locally to determine what possible fees, customs and/or taxes may apply.

Immediately when you place your order our automatic system will refund the VAT.

International deliveries take approximately 10-21 days and are sent by Secure international air freight. Delivery costs are calculated in your cart after adding products and selecting your delivery country.


If you wish to return a product, you have to contact Fur Home first to get a return dispatch note. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product will be returned undamaged. Make sure that the carpet is well packed. The return is not complete until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is complete, the card you used for the purchase will be credited.

In case we receive products without the proper return dispatch note, they will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
