There is warranty on all of our products. The warranty is applicable for 1 year, starting from the date you receive your product.
If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage is due to their mishandling, they are obliged to pay the costs of any repairs. Our specialist staff will first determine the cause of the damage. In any case, the customer pays all shipping and receiving costs, in case of repairs or changes.
In order to exercise these legal rights, the buyer should contact customer service to advise that they wish to make use of the warranty. He will then follow FUR HOME's instructions.
You can return any of the products you bought from us if you are not satisfied within 7 days and get your money back. Products must be packaged exactly as you received them and provided they have not been used. Product returns are only accepted for shipments within the EU. Returns do not apply to businesses.
You have the right to exchange the products you have purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact our customer service department and we will assist you with your change. Products must be exactly as when you purchased them and must not have been used. The customer is obliged to cover the cost of shipping (both ways).
It should be mentioned that cowhides (and generally all skins and furs) are a natural product. Certain marks and minor imperfections are acceptable for a leather product.
